terms of service

general

i have the right to decline any commission. do not push me to accept a commission i am not comfortable accepting :D

you must have the rights to use any references you provide. i will not accept ai generated content as reference.

please use clear references of what you want drawn, providing me with as much detail as needed before the commission is started

ETA : i will let my clients know the expected wait time before the commission is started. If it takes longer, i will communicate to you let you know!

commercial use: +50%
nsfw fee: +15% (if suggestive, fee is discarded. only applies to the bits are showing)

Will Draw

» Human/Humanoid characters (kemonomimi, etc.)
» Light gore
» Fanart / OC x canon
» Suggestive themes (only if you and the characters are +18)

Won't draw

» furries || i'm not good at it D:
» excessive Mecha / armor
» Offensive material
» Works for NFT or AI use
if you are unsure if i will draw your commission, always feel free to ask!

payments

The commission must be paid in full prior to starting the commission.
if you are unable to provide payment, please let me know and i'll place you on hold; if i do not hear back from you within a few months, i will assume you are no longer looking for my commission and remove you from hold.

artwork revisions

any revisions will be taken be accepted before the commission is finished. I prefer that any revisions be made in the sketching stage or as early as possible.once the commission is listed as finished, revisions will be denied d:

deadlines & delivery

» if the deadline i provide seems far, please know it's in order to give me ample time to complete the piece. i intend to have it completed before hand.
» if you would like any alternate files that were not provided on delivery, please DM me! files include timelapse, transparent, etc.
» RUSH FEE IS +30-60% OF ORIGINAL COST! Depends on complexity and how close your deadline is!

commission usage

» Feel free to use my art as you please as long as you provide proper credit.
» do not modify/edit the piece, if you would like any changes, feel free to reach out!
» do not use for ai content or nft
» do not resell my artwork by itself; commercial fees apply to use in commercial products.

ai & nft policy

Under no circumstances may my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, be used in any way related to AI or NFTS.
This includes but is not limited to:
Inputting, feeding, training or referencing my art in any AI program, dataset or generator. Using my art to create AI models, prompts, or "inspired" outputs. Hosting, selling, or distributing my work on blockchain-based platforms, including NFTS, crypto art, or any derivative technologies.
Any violation will result in immediate revocation of rights, a permanent ban from commissioning me, platform reporting/DMCA takedowns where applicable, and public notification of the breech to relevant communities.

refunds

» commissions cannot be refunded as it is a digital product. however, if it is late and not close to being finished, you can request a refund.
